Borderless Education Council (BEC) maintains an international association and partnership with StudyGroup EU B.V. and European Language Centre (ELC) in the Netherlands to support international educational cooperation.

Through this association, the partners collaborate to facilitate BEC’s educational offerings, academic assessments, institutional associateships, and educational development initiatives across Europe and other regions, subject to applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of their partnership.

This association reflects BEC’s commitment to expanding international educational cooperation and connecting schools, universities, higher education institutions, educators, and students with its educational initiatives.

International Educational Programs and Initiatives Across Asia

The Borderless Education Council (BEC) is an independent, privately operated educational organization with its registered headquarters in India. With a global educational vision, BEC facilitates academic assessment, teacher assessment, institutional associateships, and educational development initiatives for eligible schools, universities, and higher education institutions across Asia and other regions, subject to applicable laws and program requirements.

Through its headquarters in India, BEC coordinates its educational initiatives and institutional engagement across Asia, supporting opportunities for academic development, assessment, and educational collaboration within its established program framework.

  • Student Assessment Programs: Academic assessments designed to evaluate students’ subject knowledge, academic understanding, and learning outcomes.
